So the theme for Lexi's first Birthday ( in just 5 days ahh!) is going to be zebra, and I wanted her to have a cute birthday hat to wear! And of course, since I know she will only be wearing it long enough for me to take a picture, I didn't want to spend 10 or 15 dollars on one. So I decided to make one myself!

Ta da, some ribbon, cardboard, extra fabric, hot glue, and paint and we have a birthday hat!

I made Steven and I a chocolate cake for valentines day, it was, and still is super yummy! We HAVE to eat it all by ourselves because mom and dad are in california! It is a task we are more than happy to take on ha

Fun with bubbles! This "winter" has been crazy...this past week it was in the 60's all week, so Steven and I decided to go outside with Lexi and enjoy the nice weather by playing with bubbles! Of course she kept trying to eat them :)
